Return Policy

At PetBeds4Less, we want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply contact us within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange or credit. In the event you need to return an item, simply send an email to customerservice@PetBeds4Less.com with the subject title as "RMA" and we will promptly review your request and supply you with an RMA number. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA number assigned to them.

NOTE: Original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges are not refundable.

The following information must be included in your request:

1. Order number

2. Item number, Quantity, SKU #, Color (if applicable)

3. Reason for return

4. Contact Information (Name, Address, Phone number, E-mail address)

Returns must be in new condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging. Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers package. Returns must also include the original dated invoice (pet clothing, pet beds, pet bowls or other pet furniture must be in unused and in sealed packaging) Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
